Description

Asphalt paver is a machine used in the construction industry to lay asphalt pavement on roads, highways, parking lots, and other surfaces. It consists of a hopper that holds the asphalt mix and a conveyor system that moves the mix to the front of the machine. The mix is then evenly distributed onto the surface by a series of screeds, which are adjustable devices that ensure the proper thickness and smoothness of the pavement.

Asphalt pavers come in different sizes and configurations, depending on the job requirements. They can be self-propelled or towed by another vehicle. Some pavers also have additional features, such as a tamper bar or a vibratory compactor, that help to compact the asphalt and create a smooth, durable surface.
